Meet some of the wonderful people who take care of your pets while you are on vacation

Michele grew up in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. She moved to Newport about a year ago. Michele attended the University of Rhode Island and graduated in May 2007 with a BS in Wildlife and Conservation Biology. She joined the Newport Animal Hospital staff to gain knowledge of animals and veterinary science and be able to apply it to the field of wildlife biology. Michele's pets include a golden retriever named "Sandy" and a Conure (parrot) named "Skeeter" a Colorado mix named "Carl" and a guinea pig "Dobby". Michele also did volunteer work at the Norman Bird Sanctuary.

Lindsay

Lindsay started as a boarding assistant in March of 2010.  Lindsay is originally from Middletown. She recently graduated from High school and is signing up to start classes at CCRI in January. It was Lindsay’s love for animals that led to her working at NAH. She is very interested in becoming a certified technician. Lindsay’s pets include: two Beagles “Lily” and “Daisy” and two ferrets “Marco” and “Mini”.
